Services
Papaya Palette specializes in online business expansion, offering customized
solutions to enhance your digital presence and drive success. Our services may include website design/development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, content creation, and more.
Project Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. Accepted projects will be scheduled based on current workload and availability.
Payment Terms
– 50% advance payment is required to initiate work on a project.
– Remaining 50% payment must be made before final delivery.
– Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
We do not refund any money in any sort of case and for any of our services. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Missed Payments
For overdue payments, we reserve the right to pause or terminate work on a
project. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.
Project Delays
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to client revisions, delayed content delivery, or other reasonable factors. In such cases, final delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will own full intellectual property rights for any final creative works produced, excluding our proprietary tools and processes.
Confidentiality
We will not disclose any confidential client information or materials to third parties without prior consent.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Papaya Palette harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Papaya Palette’s liability is limited to the value of the client contract. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Pro-rated fees apply for early termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
